Dallas Texas
Nothing beats running off a plane to see your husband after three long months. I could hardly wait!! My mom, Con, and I jumped on a plane early so we arrived the same night as John. My Uncle Harry picked us up from the airport and took us to his house in Dallas. It was so Hot!...Not to mention it was 11:00pm. The next afternoon My Dad, Ty and Dev arrived. So John and I got kicked out due to lack of room and we went to stay at my cousins house with their four adorable kids. We had fun eating yummy dinners (my aunt and cousin are great cooks), getting ice cream, chatting, and hanging in the pool! Poor little Emmy on the last night Con and the kids were playing games in the dark and they took a fall on gravel...her poor little face! She was such a trooper! It was so nice to actually stay there usually John and I would just stop for the night as we traveled to see each other.
Dallas Texas Stadium-
Never would have thought the boys would have loved this stadium so much...they couldn't stop talking about it! They caught up with us as we traveled on the road to San Antonio after their football fun.

The Alamo-We were bummed when we arrived it was closed, but we still got to look inside the gate :)
The RiverWalk
It is an incredible underground feeling city full of lots of restaurants. After much pondering we finally ate at yummy mexican restaurant. It was so good maybe because we were starving after a long travel day from Dallas to San Antonio.
The House in San Antonio. When we arrived we all of course took the tour and picked rooms. The upstairs was so creepy because the halls were narrow and the two bathrooms connected everything together so of course the whole trip consisted of someone jumping out from somewhere scaring the crap out of you! There were lots of doors also that were locked, spooky! But it really was a nice place to relax after a long hot day in the sun. Six Flaggs. The boys can never get enough! Con and John won minions their favorite! (John had a lot of pressure to bring home a prize to pockeys) And we ended each day with our tradition of a funnel cake, YUM! To end the trip we saved Sea World for the last hottest day, thinking being around the water would cool us off. It was the opposite, August in Texas is HOT! We had to get lots of drinks and ice cream to cool off :) And some of us were brave and went on the Atlantis ride and got soaked. We fed the dolphins which was a first for Ty, Me and John. I was afraid they were going to bite me, they were hungry! Relaxing dinner at olive garden and then the next day the trip was sadly over. Thanks for the fun memories!
